Crocs giving away thousands of shoes to health care workers this week: How to get a free pair of clogs

Footwear brand Crocs has brought back its “Free Pair for Healthcare” program after the company donated over 860,000 pairs of shoes last year to “provide comfort to health care heroes for their extraordinary efforts in the battle against COVID-19.”

This time, Crocs is giving away 10,000 pairs of clogs from its “Crocs at Work” collection each day this week to frontline health care workers. The promotion runs through Friday, May 14 and coincides with National Nurses Week.

To receive a free pair, visit Crocs’ website beginning at noon to submit a request. Crocs will be available until the “free pair allotment has been fulfilled” for the day.

Crocs isn’t only popular among health care workers. The brand has reached an all-time high in first quarter revenues, according to its latest quarterly earnings report, increasing its 2021 revenue growth outlook between 40-50{46ece712d47a548853c1df5fc986acb8576114db7f09b4bb424dac12c34fcafa}.

CEO Andrew Rees says its record-breaking profits shows that the “demand for the Crocs brand is stronger than ever,” which is most likely from people choosing comfort over style during the pandemic. The revenue total for the first quarter is $460.1 million, a 63.6{46ece712d47a548853c1df5fc986acb8576114db7f09b4bb424dac12c34fcafa} increase compared to the same period last year.

A pair of classic, colorful foam clogs are the most popular style and known for comfort. After all, Crocs’ motto is “comfort is the key to happiness.”

You can currently find plenty of styles for up to 60{46ece712d47a548853c1df5fc986acb8576114db7f09b4bb424dac12c34fcafa} off, along with Crocs’ iconic classic clogs.
